Imperial Rye Stout with Dark Candy Syrup aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels
This is our dark magic celebration of all things Rye. Incantations is an Imperial Stout brewed with a good deal of Rye malt to create a chewy mouthfeel and peppery malt character that is enhanced further by the aging in Rye Whiskey barrels. Layers of toasted and roasted specialty malts create flavors and aromas of Chocolate covered Raisins, White Pepper, Mellow Oak, Toffee, and Chocolate Lava Cake.
