Our Quest Series of ales are Nano IPA's that focus on a Single Hop Variety for each release. Sapphire Quest is brewed with Idaho 7 hops. This hop variety is a unique hop that produces flavors and aromas of Dried Apricots, Orange Zest, Grapefruit Seltzer, Dank Cannabis, and Papaya Sorbet.
