Reflected Symmetry is a New England style Ancient Grain IPA brewed with Spelt Malt. Spelt is an heirloom variety of Wheat and has been cultivated since 5,000 BCE. Spelt malt adds a medium body and nutty flavor to the malt backbone. Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Australian grown Enigma hops provide flavors and aromas of Ripe Apricot, Grapefruit Zest, Resiny Pine, Raspberry, and Red Currant.
