Our Quest Series of ales are Nano IPA's that focus on a Single Hop Variety for each release. Diamond Quest is brewed with Australian grown Enigma hops, a descendant of Swiss Tettnang hops. This high oil hop variety creates flavors and aromas of Pinot Gris, Raspberry, Red Currant, & Ripe Tropical Fruit.
