Choir of the Dead is our Imperial Vanilla Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels that we brew once a year and age in a blend of Bourbon Barrels. A heady blend of specialty malts creates flavors and aromas of Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies, Vanilla Creme Brûlée, Flourless Chocolate Cake, and Bourbon infused Caramel.
