- 16 oz grilled ribeye served with green peppercorn demi glace & Bayley Hazen blue compound butter
Sides for Two
- Grilled Broccoli rabe, butternut squash puree, pickled cranberries, and spiced pepita seeds - Crispy smashed fingerling potatoes, shallots, fresh dill, rosemary peppercorn aioli

- Dark chocolate mousse, blood orange marmalade, blood orange granita, Adam's Berry raspberry preserves, chocolate cookie crumble
