Our first beer dinner will not only celebrate our scratch kitchen and the beer you love, but the cultural and historical significance of our facility as the former Lumière North America Corporation.

Join us for a night of discovery about the inventors of
an early color photography process, a menu inspired by
Lyon, France (the Lumière's home), and live jazz by Trio Gusto.

We can't wait to introduce you to our predecessors,
and welcome you to our new home.

The Menu:

Curated by our culinary team, and inspired by the traditions of Lyon. You can anticipate a pre fixe 6 course journey paired with BBCO's own beers, hand selected by our founder & owner.

The People:

Your culinary journey will be guided by our executive chef, and each pairing by BBCO's founder. A local expert will introduce you to the Lumières and our French connection, all set to French Chanson and Jazz by Trio Gusto.
